Brazil Talk invites to the film screening of ‘The Pride of Being Brazilian’ — ‘Orgulho de Ser Brasileiro’ — followed by a conversation with director Adalberto Piotto on October 29, from 6:30 to 8:30 in IAB 405.

The documentary film “The Pride of Being Brazilian” is a personal journey of director Adalberto Piotto in pursuit of the pride of being Brazilian from the perspective of well-known Brazilian personalities, such as former President Fernando Henrique Cardoso, artist Romero Britto, soccer coach Carlos Alberto Parreira, former minister Marina Silva, and many others.

Anchored in a dynamic narrative, the documentary is a thought-provoking piece with contrasting points of views — from stories about pride to candid opinions on the challenges of Brazil.

The film screening (with subtitles in English) will be followed by a conversation with director in Portuguese.
