Interview with Fernanda Rosa

Fernanda Rosa is a postdoctoral fellow at the Center for Advanced Research in Global Communication of the University of Pennsylvania’s Annenberg School. Her work focuses on the social, political, and economic aspects of internet infrastructure, in particular the imbalances of power present in internet interconnection arrangements.

In this exclusive interview to Brazil Talk, Fernanda Rosa discusses Internet Exchange Points (IXPs) and how they demonstrate the inequalities between the Global North and South.
