Fernanda is a Masters in Public Administration and Development Practice candidate at SIPA, Columbia University. She has worked with development in several organizations, whether focused on leadership and people empowerment, or business growth. Born and raised in Brazil, she managed a local Aiesec committee and actively participated in different academic activities. After acquiring her B.A. in International Relations at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, she joined the trainee program at Itau bank to work with business development in Latin America. She is interested in applying best practices in public policies for education and entrepreneurship to contribute to Brazil’s progress and make the country a successful model to be followed by the developing world.
